Ordered a refrigerator on 7/25- delivery was scheduled for 8/5/2019 only to be called on a Sunday 8/4 that it was damaged, (which as not) because I went to the store directly and was told that it was out of stock completely. They also hung the phone up. Their customer care stinks.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Lowes Cons: Purchasing an item that was not in stock, Dont care about you once they have your money.

Do not waste your time with Lowe’s. Everything about them is a waste of time & money.

Worst consumer experience ever ... in every aspect.

This company is doomed. I get the impression that management has no control & the employees & delivery are running a racket.
