WHEN TRYING TO REGISTER THE MY/LOWES CARD I HAVE I FOUND IT VERY DIFFICULT. I CALLED THE NUMBER THAT WAS ON THE CARD AND WAS ON HOLD FOR ABOUT 20 MINUTES.

I THEN CALLED THE LOCAL LOWES AND TALKED WITH A LADY IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SHE TOLD ME TO BRING IT TO THE STORE AND THEY WOULD HELP TO REGISTER MY CARD.WHEN I GOT TO THE STORE THE GIRL TOLD ME I COULD DO IT ON LINE AND I TOLD HER I WAS HAVING A HARD TIME GETTING MY CARD REGESTERED. I WHEN HOME AND TRIED TO AGAIN REGISTER MY CARD AND AFTER 30 MINUTES ON HOLD I GAVE UP.

I THEN CALLED AND TALKED TO THE MANAGER KEVIN AND TOLD HIM WHAT I WAS EXPERIENCING HE TOLD ME HE COULD NOT ALLOW THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSONAL TO SPEND THAT MUCH TIME REGISTERING MY CARD. I THINK THAT IS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
