I did not receive my bill, the following month I noticed a late payment fee and called. They were kind enough to reverse that fee, a few days later I found out they reported it to the Credit Agencies.

10 years of a card holder 20 years as a customer, tens of thousands of dollars spent with an excellent payment history and without notifying me that I was late at all, they hit my credit for nearly a hundred points over a $68 balance. Shame on you Lowe's and nobody should have that kind of ridiculous power.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $3000.

Preferred solution: Don't do this to anyone else.

If you had been a cardholder for 10 years you should know when your bill comes due each month. If your bill was misdirected in the mail and you didn't get it you should have contacted you credit provider concerning your payment. Not receiving the bill doesn't excuse you from making your monthly payment.
