Several weeks ago, we ordered four 8 foot plant stakes &; a roll of plant stake tape. First, the order shipping date was delayed to 7/30/20; that was fine.

Then, all of a sudden, we received notice that our order was ready for pick up (only the $3.+ stake tape). Then, we received an email that Lowe's had cancelled the bulk of the order. The customer service number provided for the Elk Grove store is NEVER answered. We then emailed Lowe's advising cancellation of the plant stake tape.

To date, we have received no answer. This is the second time we have tried to do curbside pick up at our local Lowe's. The first time was also a disaster. I had to trudge around Lowe's garden center and store looking for someone to fill the order (after we had received email that it was ready for pick up).

We will NEVER do curbside pick up with Lowe's again. We are considering never shopping in the store again.

User's recommendation: If you wish to shop at Lowe's and don't want to shop in store due to Covid., please consider home delivery. Our local Elk rove Lowe's has work to do regarding curbside pick up.
