The 90 day policy is not customer oriented during this pandemic. Lowe's should honor a receipt, no matter the date.

I bought lawnmower blades in March. They are labeled to fit craftsman. But they don't fit mine. The customer service rep would not even let me exchange them.

Never used. Not opened with a receipt.

For a company that says "they really appreciate your business". It's not true.Regardlesstrue.Regardlessregaendless rereg

Monetary Loss: $94.

Preferred solution: Exchange for the correct blades.

Lowes Cons: Very very very poor customer service.

2021. I trusted the information given to me by a associate that the blades are for any craftsman lawnmower. I didn't need to change them until now!

You'may think so... Have you ever removed a lawnmower deck to replace blades.

Not very easy or something you do until you have too. My old blades lasted til now. I hope you never have to deal with their customer service or have a product issue.
