I purchase a door and the wind blew it off they say thay cant fix it but i can buy a cheaper door o dont wany another i had tonwait firnthem tonget this door. The door is not broken they used small screws just terrible customer services whats a warranty if u cant used it. They find every excuse for something night to be in warranty

Wind catching a door is not a defect in the door. No, they don't use 3" screws to install the door.

They use the 1" screws supplied by the manufacturer. Face it, the wind caused the damage, not something the installer or the manufacturer did.

The only way to get real-sized lumber that is already planed, is to find an old structure. They used to use old-growth lumber that was much stronger and actually 2x4, 2x6, etc.

Hi There: We are having a similar problem with our roof. Hired Lowes in late fall 2017.

Because of our winters, they were not able to install the roof until spring 2018. Well, winter of 2019 and we had leaks. Guys came back out to fix it, and it leaked again. So a different crew came back out, tried to fix it...said if it didn't work this time, they thought it would need to be replaced entirely.

As we were out of winter by then, things were fine...well, winter is back, and we have leaks once again. I called Lowes on Sunday to speak w/ our "coordinator". Told we would get a call back w/in 48 hours. Well, it's Friday now, and still no call.

Hoping to speak w/ a Lowes manager this afternoon to see what can be done. Honestly, we have no faith in the original installers.

We know they installed things incorrectly. Just curious if you have had any movement or resolution with your roof problems?

Call for a warranty coverage that is still in effect on my freezer amd was told that it was voided because there was tape on the drain line underneath the standing freezer. According to them the tech told them that there is tape on it so i guess we the home owner with a warranty turn it over and put take on it. Guess Lowes doesn't want to replace it, so check your drains on anything they deliver for tape and refuse.

I purchased my Frigidaire refrigerator June 29 2019 and a service plan. The fridge is freezing my produce and food. I called and was told I have to contact the manufacturer for the first year! And spoiled food does not apply to freezing only if it stops working !!! WTH Also never appeared on my Lowes account as a purchase, and was told by in store team to contact the warranty team. When I did I get a message open mom- Friday. Call again... Call customer service and they said call Frigidaire! What a run around and I have frozen produce !

Take the time to understand what you are buying. Appliances have a manufacturers warranty.

Many stores and even the manufacturers will offer an extended service plan for sale that will begin when the manufacturers warranty ends and not before. They are correct in telling you to contact the manufacturer as their plan hasn't gone into effect yet.

They aren't required to give you any discount at all. They are kind enough to offer a discount in exchange for following their policy.

If you don't like it shop elsewhere or make a purchase without the discount.

No one is forcing the discount on you. Bet there are a lot of other people In equally deserving professions that would be glad to fill out a few forms to get a discount.

Because anyone can make a fake ID. In order to combat the fact that ppl will lie to get stuff cheaper they ask vets to register. This way they don’t have to fire a cashier because they made a mistake of giving the discount to someone who doesn’t deserve it.

Who cares how many forms of ID you had? If you don't want to sign up for their discount program you aren't being forced to.

Just realize that if you want the discount they are offering you need to enroll in their program. If you fell someone else offers a better discount you are free to shop elsewhere.
