Details
Samsung refrigerator ice-maker never worked even after 17 service calls. I was told they had to do 5 complete service calls then the ice-maker was not included in the warranty after paying for 5 year extended warranty. After going to this site a phone number to call, I was called from the claims department, which I had been trying to speak with since 02/2019. Finally, they reimbursed me for the refrigerator that does not have a workable ice maker.

Ordered a refrigerator to be sent to my in-laws. They said I needed to buy an inlet with it for the ice maker. I did. Instead of bringing it with them, they shipped it and now it’s arriving after the installation. Which they are supposed to do. Number on Lowe’s email rings to delivery and they claim they know nothing/ tell me to call the store on my email, which is the exact number I called. And got them.

I purchase a door and the wind blew it off they say thay cant fix it but i can buy a cheaper door o dont wany another i had tonwait firnthem tonget this door. The door is not broken they used small screws just terrible customer services whats a warranty if u cant used it. They find every excuse for something night to be in warranty

Wind catching a door is not a defect in the door. No, they don't use 3" screws to install the door.

They use the 1" screws supplied by the manufacturer. Face it, the wind caused the damage, not something the installer or the manufacturer did.

Carpet was $6.91 a sq ft. I expected some waste but when I had several throw rug size pieces and a 5 x 12 piece left I was shocked. That 5X12 was 60 extra sq ft at $6.91 was over $400 that I feel I was overcharged. I tried discussing it with a Lowe's representative but was just told carpet could not be returned and basically that no one was to blame - not Lowe's, not the estimator, not the installers. Sure seems like someone other than the buyer should have to cover that large of an overestimation!

Bought all applancies from Lowes for years. Got a GE washing machine that techs tried to fix 4 times with no success. Lowes said to bad its past thier 30 day warenty. GE and Lowes refused to refund my money. GE just wanted to keep sending techs to fix. I had to leave work to meet these guys and said no more. I could have bought a new machine for time lost at work. Dont count on Lowes to help you

The warranty on a product is provided by the manufacturer that made the product, not the store you bought it from. GE's warranty covers REPAIR, not replacement. Your complaint should be with GE and the quality of their product, not the retail store.

Details
Do not purchase anything that must be delivered from Lowes. The 3rd party delivery company is awful. My delivery was scheduled for one day then changed to another day. I was told item would be delivered between 12 and 4 pm. I was called around 2:30 pm and informed delivery was running late but would be delivered by 6 pm. I was told the driver had only 2 stops in front of me. At 6:15 pm I called customer service and was told the driver was a little behind still but would be at my location soon. At 8 pm I call again and was told driver was on way to my location. This is ridiculous. I've been forced to give up a beautiful day waiting for a product I spent $2300 on.

Most big box stores use a 3rd party delivery service. You are better off purchasing from a local dealer with their own trucks and drivers. Expect to pay a little more as there is a cost to having your own trucks and employees to make these deliveries.
