Lowes - Refrigerator

Refrigerator delivered on Thursday, August 15, at condo in Panama City Beach, Fl. My manager accepted, and called me shortly thereafter ( I was enroute back to Louisiana), that there was some kind of shadow on the freezer door, but no indention, scratch, etc. I need someone to go out and check this out, as I won't be back there until October.

Lowes in Saint Marys, Georgia - Window and vinyl siding

This job started 5/22/19 and still isn't complete. Windows were mismeasured and improperly sealed. Since May the contractor has only shown up 8 days to work. No call no shows caused me to complain to lowes. Requested a different contractor and was told he was the only one in my area that does siding for lowes. This project is still incomplete and no one from store manager to project manager to regional managers talk to one another. I call and they say I thought the job was complete.

Lowes - Bait and Switch

Went to Lowe's to get a Microwave. Appliance guys said it was 12 month interest deferred but he did not check me out. Had to go to the Customer Service, checked out there and asked for the terms the other guy told me. This guys said ok, put on my Lowe's cc but when checked with the CC company, it was not interest deferred. The fraudulent thing was they had the nerve to said it was 12 month interest deferred at the time of purchase and said it did not show on the receipt but it would on my account and turned around and denied it afterward... they really suck now. They would do whatever to get the sale and will not stand behind what they said. Avoid!!

Lowes - Wouldn’t bring dishwasher in house

Has this policy changed? This is our 3rd dishwasher in 12 years and last 2 they hand trucked it up our very steep driveway and brought it in house. This time I had to drive my truck to bottom of driveway to retrieve new one. Load old one and drive it down driveway. I always tip delivery guys generously. In fact, I had 2 crisp $20s to give each of these guys. One guy barely spoke and had headphones in. I thought, what if I was a 80 year old female? They didn’t seem to care. I kept those $20s. Those guys got nada. Not sure I will order from Lowe’s again?

Got them for toliet and installation, covievent for me being long distance from my mother. Worse experience ever with them. Told different things by different associates, had to wait forever to complete transaction. No more, good thing a home depot was not in the area or I would have cancelled and got them.
