Purchase from a flooring store. | Lowes review from Charlotte, North Carolina

Purchased and paid in full for some of the nicer carpet. One 19 by 20 living room Lowe’s have one install date and the installer called to delay it. Was then notified by Lowe’s of a different date. Still no carpet / install to date. Very poor communication between all parties. When I called Lowe’s and navigated their computer menu the customer service rep acted like they were doing charity work for me. When I called the Contractor he was indignate and cited problems he was having. Neither party took responsibility. Wish it wasn’t so but cash money doesn’t seem to mean as much to this company.

Lowes uses Gemini flooring for there flooring installation. Fact Helpers are not background checked so you dont know whos in your house . Horrible craftsmanship months to get it fixed. Do yourself a favor go elsewhere for your flooring

shouldnt have to pay all the extra interest tacked on washer when Ive been paying way over my monthly limit which should have went towards interest free not my balance

Pick up your own appliances. Third party is a bad choice. Lowes will pay a high price for this bad decision to go to a 3rd party delivery company

SadThe new website format is terrible. Doesn't recognize a lot of items I try to type in. Will not let you search if you dont have exact correct wording. Please switch it back to how it was before. Much better before. If it ain't broke dont fix it. Now its broke.

Often it is less expensive and less hassle to replace the whole string. I have replaced all of mine with LEDs and do not expect to have to replace them for 10+ years.

Details
Ordered and paid for a washer and dryer online. Units were delivered one week later. I was told my invoice was online. Submitted appliance rebate form online with invoice number and order number as requested. Received notice that I did not show evidence o purchase. Called and they said it was glitchy and I need to submit paper copies. Did and was refused as my online documentation was apparently not enough. Very frustrating on a $1000 purchase.
