Poor service so far...waiting on repairman...They canceled last week because they say they had the wrong zip code and they never called...now waiting for 2nd appointment scheduled between 8am and noon today and it is 12;15, well after the 4 hour window. I called and they said he is on schedule but he has a bad back so so could run behind. Two days off of work to have this taken care and still nothing done, DishwasherDI'm am so frustrated.

Beware when buying carpet | Lowes review from Township 8, North Carolina

Had beautiful carpet installed. Had a LARGE overage of 11 feet of the 15 foot roll that they installed--a full roll not pieces of carpet.They refused to repay or to even state that they made a mistake somewhere in the process. I now have 165 square feet of carpet that I paid over $600. I plan to donate to some worthy non-profit that may need a room redone. I was told that up to 20 percent of the carpet ordered can be allotted as overage--really I have to buy 11 more linear feet just because. Absurd--buyer beware!!!!

Are you saying you only needed a 4x12 piece of carpet (48 s.f) and ordered a 12x15 piece of carpet (180 s.f.) and didn't think that was odd when you purchased it?

Don't count on a rebate | Lowes review

Filed for rebate on dishwasher installation on Oct 1. Not "approved" until Nov 1. On Nov 14, called and was told they had up to 8 weeks to process this rebate. To call back in 2 more weeks if I had not received. Asked if it was mailed on Nov 1, where was it mailed from. She said they are sent out in batches and it just "takes that long".. Obviously not a priority. I will be reporting to FTC if I have not received before Dec 1!!!!!

Lumber priced as 2x4 2x6 2x8 etc. Every single board sold at Lowe's is smaller then they are charging for they're charging you for 2 x 4 it's actually 1 and 3/4 by 3 and 3/4 many times the length or shorter also you must dig through 20 boards to find one straight one...

The only way to get real-sized lumber that is already planed, is to find an old structure. They used to use old-growth lumber that was much stronger and actually 2x4, 2x6, etc.

Lowes helped push LG into getting a repair person out here. They were in touch to make sure it was completed.

That's about it. I have always bought from privately owned Appliance stores who care about what they sell and I will return to this practice!

You purchased a product that has a manufacturers warranty. If you would bother reading the warranty you would find that the manufacturer will REPAIR the refrigerator not replace it.

It will also tell you to contact the manufacturer for that repair, not the retail store.

It doesn't matter where you bought it, you won't find any retail store that is going to give you a refund on a 3 month old refrigerator. Your expectations are totally unrealistic.

Lowes installs are subbed out. They do this to protect themselves. This are a big company that will beat you down with complication. Did you pay everything up front? Did you sign a contract that you didn't read? It means that they are not responsible. Ask how they choose there contractors. Ask what training the go through. They will tell you ,its all guaranteed. Pellas guarantee, is if the install is acording to their specs. Lowes install won't meet that requirement, so they are clear of their guarantee. I paid $17,000 in April 2019 this is Oct 2019, still waiting. Run Run Run.
