I returned some light switches I told the employee I didn’t have receipt ( sales R S 1524LA1 1201736 trans 16165073 ) another associate came over started opening boxes checking to see if they were correct items , I didn’t even think to do that she said these two are in wrong box I told her we bought them just like that a lady named Lucy ( she had so many pins on name badge you couldn’t read her name she handed us 3.48 cash and the rest on card . First of all she was not friendly at all just handed us the money without explaining what was going on we felt really bad and I’m not going to lie I was very upset you all don’t make us feel like we did something wrong over 13 dollars please work with your employees to be nicer and kinder when we love Lowe’s I mean we could go to Home Depot but when we still went and bought from you guys some cement board the associate was very sweet ( trans 71165708 now that’s how you should treat your customers thank you

Simply bring your receipt with you when you want a refund to go smoothly. Anyone who is actually a customer and paid for product will receive a receipt. With the amount of shoplifting that happens now, any return without a receipt will be treated with suspicion.
