My refrigerator stopped cooling after less than two years. It was purchased on 11/108/19 and stopped cooling on 9/22/21.

Lowes arranged for a service company to check it out and they are supposed to have ordered parts, however, the refrigerator has made a louder than normal noise since the beginning when the compressor would kick on. I brought all of this to Lowes attention and was treated rudely by Crystal (no employee id number) and then Rhonda, employee #152****. I have no idea if the names and number are truthful and wouldn't be surprised if they were all made up. As it stands now, and with full acknowledgement by Lowes Service personnel, I am without a refrigerator for up to two weeks.

Suffice to say that I am very dissatisfied with Lowes Service.

I would never purchase another appliance from Lowes and, if I did I would absolutely not purchase the extended warranty.

The money that might have been saved by the extended service pales in comparison to the aggravation suffered by Lowes.

I will shop at their competitor, Home Depot, from now on. I am a Contractor in South Florida and save 5% by shopping at Lowes but that savings is not worth what I am going through at present.nd failure to Rude treatment a

User's recommendation: Don't shop at Lowes. Go to Home Depot.

Preferred solution: I would like a new refrigerator. They can have this one back..
