I purchased a storm door and it has small cracks on the glass and they refused to do anything about it they lie so much but GOD is watching and listening and u will have to answer to him I hope you don't treat all customers like I got treated I called so many time and the manufacturing company and all they did is play the blame game on each other I never got a call letting me know what was going on I asked to speak to managers never got one I have never experienced such poor salesmanship I'm letting everyone I know don't buy anything from lowes they never wanted to come out and look at the cracks
