Was shopping for a new cook stove. 3 salespeople gathered around the register talking.

Asked the male salesman to give me some information on a range. He stepped back to the range I was looking at. Asked if I could get the range on a payment plan with no interest. He said he had no knowledge about that and sent me to customer service.

In customer service 4 women were there, saw me and three walked away. 4th customer service rep, turned around and said "whoever", I just walked away. No cutesy will not get my business.

I am surprised at first how little the salesman knew, as before when I have purchased appliances from Lowes the salesman set everything up for me. Always very knowledgeable about anything I asked or get the information for me.

Pay peanuts, get monkeys.

They don't send $10/hr floor persons to Stove School and the manufacturers aren't much help either.

You aren't going to get an expert 93.4 % of the time.
