On May 14,2018 I purchased 3 Samsung qualifying appliances for a total of $3,677. I submitted my rebate form on May 15,2018.

I have not received the Visa Card and have been unable to track the information because I do not have a tracking #. The automated system on line says they have no record. I called the number and it says it was sent on May 23, however I think this is referring to the 11% rebate Lowes was offering, which I did receive.

At the time of purchase I did get the rebate receipt showing the Samsung Rebate was valid and that is what I sent with the rebate form. What do I do next, the number on the rebate form does not give an option to speak with anyone.

I bought 2 Samsung appliances and even though LOWES posted Samsung rebate information, Samsung says because the items were purchased at Lowe's the rebate of $150 dollars does not apply!!! Lowes CLEARLY had it posted for at least 3 months in the store!!!
