Sales trans#6424253 07/20/15 The local Lowes schedule delivery of a Refrigerator to my home this PM. When it was not delivered I went to the store to find out why.

I was told the delivery was not in the system, nor my purchase was not recorded. Somehow the system failed. She was unable to determine the reason. Since it was past time to make delivery she rescheduled for tomorrow, 7/23/15.

Having removed all contents of my frig I am going to have spoilage. This is my first bad experience with your stores, but it is enough.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of purchase not delivered. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss problem with delivery of refrigerator. Lowes needs to have the product delivered according to poster's claims.
