Need to schedule an install date for flooring. Both tile and carpet. Ultimate Home Services will not answer the phone. Once you get them on the phone and specifically request not to be transferred to voicemail they transfer you directly to voicemail. We found a shower advertised on the website. Were required to order through our local Lowe's. Lowe's was advised of the delivery date of 9/27. We were updated with a later date of 9/30, when inquiring with the worker at checkout, while making other purchases. Today is 30th, I call lowe's to see if it is in, lowe's calls MAAX and they have advised the lowe's representative that the 30th was their "ship from Canada" date. Time off work has... Read more

I have ordered a counter top and flooring, the counter top was suppose to be 2 weeks it is passed 3 weeks now,{ to be in on the 26th now} was ordered on the 7th. the flooring was to be here on the 20th but no truck today. so in the meantime I have workers waiting and I am without . Large number of items (hose for water heater) was clearly displayed and advertised for a given price ($8,xx). My first issue happened when I bought a can of black paint for an exterior door. I asked for it to be mixed black. He said he had to have a color swatch for it. It's black dude. You add black. Anyways, I bought it, sent it out to my contractors and they didn't use it because it looked purple. I brought it back and calmly asked for it to be remixed because it wasn't black. We bought a Whirlpool model 580 washing machine less than a year ago. About nine months ago, my wife noticed that the towels were getting frayed, clothes (such as v-neck tshirts) we getting stretched at the neck. About that time, I was diagnosed with cancer and needless to say, with all the radiation and chemo treatments, this problem was not of high priority. I was looking for 3 items when I went in. Walked most of the store must have passed 15 employees and not one asks if I need help. Did not find what I needed and just decided to leave. Ordered several items from Afghanistan. Shipment arrived on two separate days. First shipment included an 18V Dewalt wet and dry vacuum...which evidently doesn't include the battery or charger unit. Doesn't do me much good in Afghanistan. Second part of order arrived next day. It included two Sylvania battery powered stickup lights. My local Lowes store #2852 is a joke! They have the worst managers who seem to be in excrutiating pain when asked to do something and seem to be miserable! Either Lowe's should fire these people or pay them more to buck up! I'm not "pissed" because there is a funny cashier kid who always seems to help me out and crack a joke. Also today I saw a guy in there with a parrot on his shoulder! Isn't that against some health codes?... Read more

I purchased wood for a privacy fence in 2006. I notice this year the fence has started to produce holes. I've tried to resolve problem for three months with Lowes and the contractor that sold the wood to Lowes, Georgia Pacific. Lowes store manager at Columbus, Ohio store has continually lies saying they were going to send a Georgia Pacific rep out. I have $600 in wood installed and has holes in the fence.
