My husband and I ordered a washer and dryer on black Friday. The scheduled delivery was Mid-December and now its March.

My washer and dryer finally arrived today after countless calls and complaints about a delay in delivery. On arrival, the delivery services tells us that they cannot install our gas dryer even though we paid for installation. Basically Lowes did not send us the right installation team that we needed and now I have a dryer sitting in my guest bedroom for a few more days until they can finally send someone else out. I have had it.

I demand compensation.

Worse service ever. I will never buy an appliance from Lowes again.

Buy AMERICAN You likely bought one of the imported Samsung's that is why you waited 3 months.
