This whole thing has been a fiasco. One Lowes store said they had it in stock, then they didn't, so we had to cancel the order because it would be close to a month before delivery.
So we moved our order to another Lowes, and checked in store that it was really in stock because the computers are completely wrong about inventory. THEN, this Lowes didn't want to give us the same sale price even though the two stores discussed everything and we were promised the sale price. That finally got sorted out. SO today is delivery day - no call by noon so we called the store.
A manager was very curt and said they had no way of knowing when it would arrive but it would be today. We said we were supposed to have it delivered around noon - all the info we were given prior. We were then told the window was noon-4pm. Then it was 5 pm - no call, no delivery.
Called the store back and a manager said they'd call the delivery truck and get back to us. Waited an hour - no call. Called the store back and that manager had left for the day without telling anyone else to follow up, so we started the whole process over. Finally a manager got ahold of the truck and we were told we were next on delivery.
Asked for a time estimate and we were simply told "no" by the manager and then they hung up. It is now 7 pm.
No idea if this is going to show up today. I will not be making purchases at Lowes anymore.
