Happening now.Still no reply from Lowe's.

I have removed the old appliances so I am stuck. The 3 numbers for the delivery company all had the same recorded message but finally got a call back asking how the delivery went but there was no delivery. They said they will look into it. Still have heard nothing.

This is in NYC but there should be some quality control over this by Lowe's. I will probably not deal with them again.

Just got a call 5;12 from the delivery company they need to check if the order was loaded.I was given a delivery window of 1-3PM by the Same delivery company!!

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $500.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
