Bought all applancies from Lowes for years. Got a GE washing machine that techs tried to fix 4 times with no success. Lowes said to bad its past thier 30 day warenty. GE and Lowes refused to refund my money. GE just wanted to keep sending techs to fix. I had to leave work to meet these guys and said no more. I could have bought a new machine for time lost at work. Dont count on Lowes to help you

The warranty on a product is provided by the manufacturer that made the product, not the store you bought it from. GE's warranty covers REPAIR, not replacement. Your complaint should be with GE and the quality of their product, not the retail store.

Lowes isn't paying anyone to repair your dryer. You purchased a service plan provided by an in independent company.

Lowes is just the middleman. It was your choice to purchase an imported appliance.

If parts aren't readily available in the US they have to be shipped from Korea. Take some time to consider this the next time you make a purchase.

You don't say what the problem with the stove top is. Are the burners not working of did you break the glass on the top. They should cover the burners but if you broke the glass on the top that is something you would have to pay to replace.

I did not break the glass. Oven doez not work and the burners work was told intermittently. I called for service and was told it is not covered.

actually the employee WAS following the procedures. They are instructed to not let anyone leave the store if there is a clear danger to them if they leave the store.

If the storm was bad enough that the electricity was off then it was bad enough that it was dangerous to be outside ate the particular time. High winds, downed power lines, TORNADOES. Stop being an a55 and think about it.

If they let you walk outside and you catch a power line to the face and get killed than your family would sue the living *** out of them. They are protecting YOU and themselves.

It has more than likely been discontinued and replaced with a different model. Stores don't have places to restock discontinued items and if they had taken it back it would have been moved to a discounted clearance area.

Why do you expect stores to take a loss on something you have had sitting around your house for 3 years? Why did you purchase it in the first place if you didn't use it? Sell it on Craigs list for whatever you can get for it.

If there is a loss, it should be yours for not being able to make a wise purchasing decision. I wonder where you are going to shop that has a return policy that will let you return items you have had sitting around your house for 3 years...good luck with that.

You really expect a retailer to return something you bought 3 years ago? Read any return policy at any retailer in the country.

90 days is usually the max.

And yes, this is 100% legal. These retailers aren't stupid.
