Lowes isn't paying anyone to repair your dryer. You purchased a service plan provided by an in independent company.

Lowes is just the middleman. It was your choice to purchase an imported appliance.

If parts aren't readily available in the US they have to be shipped from Korea. Take some time to consider this the next time you make a purchase.

You don't say what the problem with the stove top is. Are the burners not working of did you break the glass on the top. They should cover the burners but if you broke the glass on the top that is something you would have to pay to replace.

actually the employee WAS following the procedures. They are instructed to not let anyone leave the store if there is a clear danger to them if they leave the store.

If the storm was bad enough that the electricity was off then it was bad enough that it was dangerous to be outside ate the particular time. High winds, downed power lines, TORNADOES. Stop being an a55 and think about it.

If they let you walk outside and you catch a power line to the face and get killed than your family would sue the living *** out of them. They are protecting YOU and themselves.

It has more than likely been discontinued and replaced with a different model. Stores don't have places to restock discontinued items and if they had taken it back it would have been moved to a discounted clearance area.

Why do you expect stores to take a loss on something you have had sitting around your house for 3 years? Why did you purchase it in the first place if you didn't use it? Sell it on Craigs list for whatever you can get for it.

If there is a loss, it should be yours for not being able to make a wise purchasing decision. I wonder where you are going to shop that has a return policy that will let you return items you have had sitting around your house for 3 years...good luck with that.

I think the problem is the dollar amount of $6800. In the post before this one there was a problem with the rebate on $6800 worth of appliances as well.
