Placed large delivery order with 15% promotion with my Lowes AR card ($20 delivery fee). Half of order was not delivered.
"We couldn't find it in store", and I didn't get 15% discount. After a month of worst customer service ever, they finally dropped some of the missing items off. No notice, just showed up. .
I called the store manager in Gaithersburg last week, and was hung up on 5 times in a row when I was being transferred. Emailing their customer service department is a joke. People are categorically unable to comprehend an issue, and have no authority to resolve any problem. Repeated Emails to local store in response to their inquiry were never responded to.
Lowes still can't figure out my 15% discount. Someone at Lowes said you can't get two discounts on one order.
They should read terms of their own offer. Fortunately, I disputed entire bill until they get it right.
