I will not be a returning customer. I have had multiple issues with the online store and each has resulted in bad customer service.
I wanted to purchase an item that was on sale for $49 from $99. I went online to purchase the item and when in the checkout field it would redirect me back to the site. After multiple times and several computers later I found it was a site error not user error. I went online today to try again and the price was back up to $99 So I chatted with a representative and she said it was redirecting me due to the item being out of stock, but I could purchase it now for $99.
How would it work now? No explanation....Would not alter the price due to a Lowes error and I had already went to multiple stores on black Friday that were out of stock.
