Just went to the Voorhees NJ store to pay my bill. service desk had 2 women working and one just sat on the phone doing nothing.

I waited 12 minutes and walked out. the people behind me did the same.

Get yourself a new manager to run the store. This wasnt the first time.

Btw- not one manned checkout open-only the the help yourself at the end. Millions of dollars in store costs and not 1 person to take your money. Explain to me how that works in business??????????
