Installers did not check to make sure shutters closed and locked correctly. They left without explaining or showing how to close and lock them.

They said the key was missing from the box. Then they said goodbye good luck! After many many phone calls to Lowe's, still no resolution. Finally installer came back but spoke no English.

He called a friend who translated a and said they installed all the locks backward on purpose, and we just needed to get a screwdriver and reverse them after the city inspects. we tested the two in back and they do not meet correctly, and can't be secured. Finally figured out no key is needed. Still waiting on Lowe's to come out and fix the problem.

We are two unhappy with the response so far after 4 weeks.

We're are on our fourth person, and finally received an apology that seemed sincere. Thank God no hurricanes are brewing!
