Lowe's doesn't have employees that do installations. They contract it out to a third party.

That third party is who your complaint is against, which is probably why they aren't dealing with you. If you sue them, you will lose. You need to sue the company that actually did the installation.

It's in your contract. Read it.

I had the same issue with Olympic Elite. Spend $1500 in stain just to have it crack and split my brand new deck!

$10,000 worth of wood not to mention labor ruined.

They will refund my money on the stain, not the decking even though we were told that they would replace the entire deck when we purchased the stain. DO NOT EVER buy PPG products.

Lowes in Plano, Texas - Terrible window replacement experience

Began this nightmare in March of 2018. Had 22 windows to be replaced. Lowe’s required 100% ($12,000) payment upfront upon signing contract. Was told windows would be ready in 6 weeks. It’s now December of 2018. Still waiting for job to be finished. Have taken over 12 days off work to wait for installations that never happened. Requested multiple times for contact by store manager. He never calls. I don’t know what I have to do to get this job done. Lowe’s only wants your money. The *** with customers. Just want everyone to know to stay away from this store!!!!!!

manager at waxahachie claimed that they would "take care of it" when a pole that was supposed to be secured fell and hit my truck. As a veteran who served in Iraq twice and a first responder, i am appalled that i would be treated this way and lied to. Do not trust them, they lie and will not pay for claims when their equipment damages your property. he now tells me that he "cant do anything about it".

Have the same problem in Brooklyn, NY. Fast to respond to make the sale but impossible to reach when you have a problem.

Installer Nick from CCH Mechanical does not return your calls and CPO project coordination Sharon Jones is just as unprofessional as the installer. Have had my unit in for 1-1/2 month and still waiting for them to contact me on an existing problem from day one.

They just don't return your calls! Advise not to use Lowe's for any of your HVAC install.
