Lowe's took my money and messed up two doors that we purchased. Now, after many months, they still haven't made it good with us.

But I will not back down. For those of you who get the runaround from Lowe's like calling their corporate office only to have them call the store and put you back at aquare one, there are options. 1. Keep records and notes 2.

File with the Attorney General in your state 3. Use your credit card from a reputable bank so you can dispute the charge and get your money back 4.

Small claims court - it's not as expensive as you think. We consumer don't have to feel defeated when in fact we can take action on companies who intentionally blow us off.

I didn't like: Lack of responsiveness, How they have handled this situation, Poor treatment of customer, Telephone customer care, Unprofessional managers and contracors.
