First their lawn equipment is horrible, the sell no good brands. We purchased a husqavarna(spelling?) lawn mower 2 years ago at the end of the season, last year we sent it in because it wouldn't start, they tried to blame it on us but eventually we paid and got it back.
This year, same thing except they tried to say we bent the shaft even though we have a very level lawn with nothing that could have possibly bent it. The best they would do, even though we bought the warranty, was give us a measly 10% discount on a new lawn mower. After reasearching, they have no brands which have good ratings! On a previous experience, we helped a client in purchasing appliances for their kitchen, after a month, we inquired as to when the outstanding appliance would arrive, we were told that it had never been actually ordered.
The manager was the one that helped us, but never hit whatever button it was that would get it ordered. So, we lost the Memorial Day pricing, fortunately there was another holiday coming so they were able to give us that pricing. Still, a month later, it still wasn't ordered! Finally, the ended up selling us one from a store display, for more money and stated they couldn't do anything else about the price.
Poor service and poor products.
I thought Home Depot was bad before, but they have better quality products and I'll be returning to them, Lowes can keep their 10% discount! Poor!
