I am an educated and responsible man.

I retired from the practice of Certified Public Accounting (now retired CPA). I have never received such poor service from a company in my life. I purchased a new freezer and it was defective upon delivery. No return phone calls, being put on hold for 45 minutes and no one picking up my phone calls.

One day I made eleven response.

During a period of about 30 days, I called approximately 50 times to get resolution...nothing, nada, zip, zilch, nichts.

Stay away from Lowe's. I will shop at Home Depot...far superior to Lowe's...Lowe's Sonora is a joke of a companyfrom the sales team to store management.

User's recommendation: Stay away from Lowe's...

Monetary Loss: $249.

Preferred solution: Compensation I was promised by management.

Lowes Pros: No pros.

Lowes Cons: Poor sales and the worst customer service by management, All aspects of lowes pro services.

Why wouldn’t you just drive to the store?


Your life is lame. No one cares about your credentials and attempt to pad your complaint. Hopefully they were dealing with people in the store.
