I am an educated and responsible man.
I retired from the practice of Certified Public Accounting (now retired CPA). I have never received such poor service from a company in my life. I purchased a new freezer and it was defective upon delivery. No return phone calls, being put on hold for 45 minutes and no one picking up my phone calls.
One day I made eleven calls...no response.
During a period of about 30 days, I called approximately 50 times to get resolution...nothing, nada, zip, zilch, nichts.
Stay away from Lowe's. I will shop at Home Depot...far superior to Lowe's...Lowe's Sonora is a joke of a companyfrom the sales team to store management.
User's recommendation: Stay away from Lowe's...
Monetary Loss: $249.
Preferred solution: Compensation I was promised by management.
