We purchased a new toilet seat. After only 2 weeks the toilet seat broke in half. There is only 2 of us, so it would not be excesive use. We were replacing the old one due to discoloration and that one was over 10 yrs. old. We took it to the store and the clerk told us that if it had been installed it would not have any warranty
How could you possible say that? It was a defective seat, and they said that because it had been installed> We went to Home depot and bought another with full year installed warranty. Lowes is not for us any longer.
Manager was "unavailable".
Reason of review: Damaged or defective.
Monetary Loss: $24.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
