Sounds like the same situation I am in with an above the range microwave. Has been going on for 2 1/2 months. Just rec'd a phone call from Lowes that my 3rd microwave that was to be installed today is also damaged. Same as you, 3rd time I have stayed home. In the meantime I have a damaged microwave installed in my kitchen that I can't receive a refund on.
I was so angry when they called me I used the f word over and over. Not like me, but I am so fed up!
Will never go to Lowes again.
Reason of review: Damaged or defective.
