On June 12, 2017 I ordered hardwood floors from Lowe's in Dedham, MA. On June 13 I called them and agreed about delivery on Friday, June 16 and it was confirmed.
At the end of the day I received a call from customer service stating that the delivery was rescheduled on Saturday, June 17. In reliance on that promise we removed our carpet in the bedroom. Yesterday at the end of the day at 9:15 pm I received another call from the store with different and senseless explanations that they are unable to deliver on Saturday and earliest delivery day is Monday, June 19.
Now we are sitting at home in full and complete mess and don't know what to expect. I will never buy again from any of Lowe's stores and would not recommend this store to others.
