We are furious at your Fairview Height Illinois store. We have spent thousands with your company.

We order our appliances back in July. Have been told many delivery dates and this takes the cake. We were advised our package will be delivered today between 12 - 4. My wife confirmed these days before and yesterday.

She received an email confirming this also. Well I shut the gas off and the cold water, disconnect the water lines from the fridge which we sold last night and put all our frozen products and cold items in coolers know that our new one would be here. NOBODY SHOWED UP. We called the store and about 30 minutes later the person in the appliance department said the truck is on its way.

10 minutes later he said our appliances were never put on the truck. He transferred us to a manager, and they hung up on us. It took another 20 minutes to get hold of someone they would not let us talk to the manager. They said they couldn't deliver today but tomorrow.

We told them we have food that will go bad. They said there must be a glitch in the computer. That's not our problem. We have proof of confirmation.

We want compensation for our times and lost food. Also, I wasted the day when I usually travel to my mothers who have severe dementia and expects me to be there.

We want to speak with a District Manager. If we don't get this resolved you will lose very valuable customers.
