NEVER to contract LOWES for door installation
This is the Chantilly Door Instalation. They lied about measurement date and then I went to make the purchase since I previously told the store that already had the measurements. They did the actually measurements three weeks after and a month has passed. They never call even to schedule the installation date. For the simplest door instalation project, it may take you two months or longer to compete. That is just mind blowing!

I get a call confirming delivery the night before. I have 3 workers scheduled to arrive after confirmation. I get a call two hours prior of delivery explaining that the ONLY driver is not coming in due to his wife having a baby. So, Lowe's has no backup plan at all? Only one driver! Not like everyone did not know she would have a baby after 9mnths.... I have zero issue with the new father... I'm angry that Lowe's has such poor management for delivery scheduling. Unbelievable that management did not have a contingency plan and all the deliveries depended on one truck driver. So this is where it really gets good. They rescheduled me for 8 days later. Wouldn't you think that they would do everything possible to make right for the customers impacted? I have had to speak to 3 different people to try to get it delivered earlier. Unbelievably unprofessional. Next time I'm buying from Home Depot.

I was very pleased with the services rendered by Mr Aaron at the delivery section (register 1) yesterday(Saturday). As promised by the person at the tiles section, the ceramic tiles boxes were not sent to the Register 1 after payment was made and I had to remind two or three time. There was considerable confusion in the section to locate the tiles boxes. At that time I had to inform Mr Aaron about the delay. He was very professional, courteous and apologetic. He personally talked to the concerned several times in arranging delivery of the two boxes. We could pick up only one and when I approached him again, he did all the paper work immediately and arranged for the delivery of the second box on another day. He promised us to arrange the delivery on Monday and we would hear from the delivery department on Sunday about the delivery schedule.He even made it free delivery for the customer inconvenience. Very happy with the service provided. As promised by him the delivery department called today and scheduled delivery tomorrow at 8.30 AM. Great service. I thought it necessary to express my satisfaction. I would like to rate his service at 5/5 stars Ganeshan Venkatesha Centreville VA

BEWARE OF LOWE'S | Lowes review from Chantilly, Virginia
It's been impossible for me to locate a repair shop that will work on any lawn equipment that I purchased from Lowe's. Lowe's won't even repair their own equipment, according to employees at their Eastchase (DFW) store. I made the mistake of buying one motor and several attachments, all of which are useless now (they're only about 2 years old, with moderate use around my house) since the motor apparently can't be repaired (the pull cord broke). This Lowe's did offer to throw the equipment away for me though - very generous of them - and sell me the same junk again. Yes, I'm angy and blowing off steam, but would not have purchased any lawn equipment from them had I known that it is not worth repairing once broken. The employees of that Lowe's also seemed to be very indifferent regarding their quality of service, particularly the assistant manager. Lowe's is done with you once you leave the store. Next time it's Home Depot, Sears, anywhere but Lowe's.
Pushy lowes paint manager
I came into lowest store in oakpark heights mn #2315 and I wanted the valspar ultra premium paint and when the employee Megan which I guess is the paint manager took my paint order she insisted that I get the valspar signature paint I clearly stated No I want the cheaper valspar and that I do not like the signature paint she rolled her eyes and me and started mixing it in the signature paint anyway when another employee reminded her that she was mixing it in the wrong paint she gave them a nasty look and started whispering I refused to pay for the paint and ended up just leaving and having to postpone my project this is unacceptable!!!! My advice to lowest is to start choosing better employees
