Xpo delivery service for lowes sucks

Details
Ordered a fridge and was suppose to be delivered today. Waited around all day for them. Xpo called and kept pushing the delivery back and finally a no show. I called xpo and they said they could not get ahold of the driver . Finally recieved a call at 7 pm and they rescheduled for tomarrow and would not give me a time . Recieved robo call from xpo and the time is 330 to 530 . Not acceptable !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Lowes is loosing a customer

Lowes review in Glen Allen, Virginia: *** Delivery and Poor Management

I ordered a freezer, fridge and cabinets. About $7K. Delivery company calls at 9:45 PM I was in bed at 9!!!! Window was 10:30-12:30. 1PM, the guys show. Fridge is put in place. Dented!!! I was told a manager from the delivery company and a manager from Lowes would call within an hour. Thirty minutes later, I get an automated call asking if I was happy, if not, press 2 and leave a message and a manger will call back within an hour. No one ever called. Finally I call Lowes and speak to three or four 'managers' Each one was clueless. Then the delivery company calls me and asks about my complaint of a damaged floor. *** Two days later, a new manager from Lowes calls, tells me they have no replacements on the East coast and did not know if there were any in the port in California. I check and see it is a disc. model now. I cancel the order and ask for them to take back the fridge. The freezer (a high end under counter one) was coming this week. I told them I wanted a early AM deliver and not to call confirming it so late at night. I get a call tonight, telling me the delivery will be tomorrow between 6 and 8....wait for it....PM!!!! WTF! All through this the various managers were telling me they did not do the delivery that they contract it and try to palm off the problem on the vendor. I did not hire the vendor, they did! I bought from Lowes, and was having Lowes deliver it. Very, very poor. I used to like Lowes, they often treated me very fairly but this fiasco is inexcusable. Looks to me like some bean counter is saving a penny only to lose a dollar. The demise of Lowe is on the horizon. Look at the number of complaints. Despicable.

After finally getting Lowes to take back the fridge, I had to call and ask them to credit my account. I continued to get 'delivery calls' from their vendor for the next three days about a non-existent 'scheduled delivery'.

I never heard back from Lowes nor have they made any effort to recompense me for my nightmare. They just do not care.

Lowes review in Glen Allen, Virginia: Poor customer service

We started last January talking to Lowes about a price quote for a framing package for a new home. Explained that there would be many other purchases as we went through with this project. They bent over backwards to get our business. Promised the moon... We opened a escrow account with them ( that's like depositing money in a account at the bank) so funds would be available to get materials immediately. From there it was down hill. We have been double charged,over charged, sent wrong materials, damaged materials, special order merchandise has come damaged or wrong, materials have not been delivered when promised or not ordered when promised delaying our project. Management always has excuses. We have spent over $80K+ so far in 2 stores- trying to order appliances for our kitchen now. We already have gotten the GE Profile refrigerator from them. We have checked 3 places for the prices the total is around $6K - LOWES is the highest by almost $1K- we ask for the matching price +10% disc - we were told they don't do that on special order!!!! We do no that certain things can go to corporate for special pricing. But even at that they won't do but 10% which will not beat the lowest price. Do you know the manager actually ask my husband to buy from them anyway if the price was close because of their great customer service (HAHA). We have had it with LOWES!!!

Lowes review in Glen Allen, Virginia: New chain saw returned didnt work, told me wrong chain I had to pay 25.00

spent 3200.00 at Lowes in front royal, Va bar bq grill assembley was included and delivery also had to pay for assembly of trailer for the john deer tractor I bought also. they delivered and nothing was assembled, also a chain saw I purchased stopped working after 30 minutes, I took it back the next day and they replaced it with a new one, I waited 6 or 8 weeks because of weather and used the replacement and it did the same thing, I took it back and they tried to charge me 99.00 to fix it. the lowered it to 25.00 andf said it was my falt it was the wrong chain. It was brand new! 374.00! I had a credit for a free propane tank refill for not giving me a filled new tank when I originally bought everything. Well Manager Lisa H. said she will take my credit of 14.00 off the 25.00 I owed for the new chain saw with the wrong chain they sold me and the total would be 9.00 +tax and I said I spent almost 4k here in the last 2 to 3 months and she said I dont care if you spent a dollar or 20k its 9.00

what you think just because you are some hot shot that spends a ton of money you should be treated differently than others you are sadly mistaken. if you can spend 3k whats another 25 bucks after all they did give you a huge discount even though if it was me i would have made you pay the 99 dollars just like every one else its people like you that make working in retail suck. also you should be happy that people are willing to get paid next to nothing to put up with *** people like you other wise there would not even be a place where you can go and *** about *** ***
