Dont go to Bellevue Lowes

I hate to give even a single star for their service. One of the worst. They were supposed to install a bath tub sliding door which I ordered in Feb. After 1 month they came with full shower sliding door which they couldnt install on top of the bath tub. Can you imagine, I paid $50 for some one to come in and do all the measurements? even after than they came with wrong product Then I had to go to the store and talk to manager and some useless guys to order a correct product. They ordered it and scheduled another installation. Guess what, on the install day, they didnt had the product yet. I went to the store again and had to talk to Manager and same useless guys and I had to reschedule it for 3rd time. Now today, the installer is waiting in the store and the install department is closed and the product is still not available though they have the product inside the store. I tried calling store and no one responded to me yet. Finally I had to cancel all my order. I will never go back to lowes and dont recommend this to any one. They really dont care about the customers and I will not be surprised if they ask what is Customer Surprise

I totally agree. Lowe's is, in a word, awful.

I bought back splash recently in Springfield mass, the sales guy said I should buy a few extra just in case. If I don't use them just bring them back. Upon bringing back the 2 tiles I didn't use, the return desk tells me I can only return a minimum of 5 tiles. I called customer complaints and they contact the Springfield MA store and inform them they have to except the return.

Again I return to the store and this time the Manager says no, he will not except the return. Again I call customer complaint a once again and again they inform me go to the store and there will be a refund waiting for me. Once again I go back to the store, and after waiting 25 minutes, a cashier comes to me and gives me an envelope. When I get to my car I open the envelope, it contains $6.00.

I guess they think me an ***. Last time I checked the math, 2 tiles at $13.98 per tile is $27.96. At this point I am too fed up the go back into the store again.

I will go into the store one last time in the near future. That will be so I can drop off pieces of the Lowe's credit card after I pay it off and cut it up.

Well, their paint department is awful , they have no system in place. I once bought two gallons of paint which were supposed to be flat.

Got it home and on the last gallon a few hours later and after I am covered in paint I found out that the second paint can was satin not flat. Which explains why the associate put his thumb on the dab of paint on the outside of the can. To dull it ya think? It's the entire experience at Lowe's that's awful.

HD is much better. People know what they are doing and seem to actually like working there. They say hello...they smile...they say thank you...

Today I was at Lowes to buy paint and the guy at the counter ignored me.

He proceeded to speak to the a woman who came over to the counter and flirt with her. She was put off by his behavior, especially when he started to lean over the counter and practically drool on her. She left and I was still standing there. He never once said hi, never said I will be with you in a moment.

Nada. Then another woman came over and he told me he was going to quickly answer her question before helping me. I could have had a question too..no? She went on at length so my wait was even longer.

Finally when he was done with her he looked at me and said "Gee, I didn't expect her question to be so long". I don't like going to this store at all, my experiences have almost always been negative.

Even one of the cashiers I have spoken to over the years told me the management there doesn't care. Imagine that ...

If you are going to complain, at least do it in an intelligent manner.

Lowes - Online Feedback Review from Bellevue, Washington

Hi I work for a company that's does window installs outta of 42 Lowe's stores. I can't begin to tell you how frustrated my entire crew is. We are a great crew getting great feedback email reviews from our very satisfied customers. But the problem is at least once a week we go out to the job only to find out that something in their order was ordered wrong now we lose 2 days of work without pay because we do big work. And it's almost so simple as when the order was put in the contract wasn't looked over and the job specs weren't reviewed to find out if theirs suppose to have grids or what series windows suppose to order or even ordering the wrong size from what is on the measure sheet. There has to be a better way to go about ordering the jobs. Were a 50 billion dollar company and we look really bad to the customer when they *** work and we show up with the wrong product. We really need to look into how were going about our ordering situation.. please feel free to email me back. Jamesmc21707@gmail.com. thank you for taking the time to read this and slowing me to be a part of such a great company!!!!

Maybe your company should review the orders before they are placed.

Lowes in Bellevue, Washington - Epic Failure For Pool Products 4 Less

We ordered a simple filter, called numerous times and we get a voicemail then to live chat, "doris" gives us bogus tracking numbers and tells us we can not track our order until after 6pm. We called, left a stern voicemail I get on Chat with "Doris" and tell her my order # and she gives me the correct tracking number finally! would rather pay double at Lowes than dealing with thier ***! still do not have our filter. Also we paid for the priority mail and it is now coming in UPS almost two weeks later. This business is horrible!

Lowes Let me Down

I noticed that Lowes had great deals on both the Skil Table Saw and Skil Compound Miter Saw during their after Thanksgiving Day event. I checked with my local store and of course they were out, so I decided to check their website. I managed to locate a Miter Saw at one of their stores and purchased it; so I presumed. After printing out the confirmation and receipt of my order, I went to another store to pick it up, where the saw supposedly was in-stock. BIG LIE! After the floor associate retrieved the product from the warehouse, the supervisor on duty told me that my order had been cancelled and that if I wanted one I could drive 3 hours to another store where I could get it where there was 10 on-hand. I have written a strongly worded letter to Lowes detailing the situation, and even offered a solution: them trucking one from Bend to Portland as my card has been charged.. I am sure I will never see a reply. So beware of Lowes and its online service. They obviously intend to sale items which they don't have and make no attempt to resolve problems. Home Depot will be happy.

For your info..those were advertised "While supplies last:. We recieved 35 of each of the saws and they were gone in 2 hours....some by internet order.

If you wanted one you should have been at the store at 5 a.m. when we opened.

Lowes credit services

I have complained 3 times to Lowes.com that I am not receiving credit statements from them. I get the run around that it is Mycheck.com's responsibility and I need to call them. I consider that BS! Step up to the plate lowes and take responsibility. I consider their behavior fraudulant because it equates to late payments and just another way to rip customers off! Lowes needs to be responsible for the 3rd party players they choose to handle their credit accounts! How many other customers are experiencing the same thing? Maybe it is time to consider banding together and finding an attorney to hold them accountable? I will never shop at Lowes again!

Lowes in Bellevue, Washington - Lowe's Credit GEMB

Use lowes credit card aka GE Mony Bank all the time. GE only allows us 750 limit. Credit is perfect but we have noticed GE has been lowering our limits on many of our cards. We called and where told we dont charge enough, carry balances long enough.. so we paid off our lowes and closed it along with 11 other Ge Money bank cards we had (dillards, belks, walmart, pennys, steinmart to name a few)we complained to lowes the manager did nothing...with a 750 credit limit and us owning 9 rental houses that always needs something 750 does not buy much we will now shop at Home depot which just gave me a 5000.00 limit the was offering 10,000 but i said 5k was more than enough to use in a 30 day as we pay off our balances when the rent comes in.....Banks and credit companies are killing american business.

Lowes in Bellevue, Washington - You can do it, they can't help.

What is going on with Lowes? Has the number of quality applicants dwindled down that far or are they just not paying enough to get quality people? Every time I seek help at Lowes I go away frustrated at best. Here is my most recent experience: just tonight. . . It is Saturday night and to finish a weekend project, I need a part for my pressure washer. I already know to steer away from seeking help at Lowes but specialty stores are closed and I am running out of time. So I breakdown and head to Lowes. The sales guy, Ralph, at the first Lowes store I go to tells me that his store doesn't carry the part but that the computer shows that a newer store--30 minutes away--has eight. They are near closing time but if I go now, I could make it. I really want to complete this project in the morning so I immediately bolted... ...without taking the time to get the exact Lowes SKU number. My mistake. My HUGE mistake. I drive 30 minutes and make it to store number 2 before they close. I prepare to bask in the warmth of successfully getting the part just in time. But my dreams come to a crashing halt. They didn't have the part. What is worse, they claim the part doesn't exist. They had never even heard of the part nor could they call anything up like it in the computer. What!?!? But then how did Ralph at the other store find it and describe it to me. Why was I told it was available? Only one solution, call back Ralph at store 1 to get the details. Right? Easy enough. I get store 2 to call store 1 back. Now store 1 claims they have never heard of the part. But what about Ralph? Did they speak with Ralph? No, they just tried looking for it. I kept asking the folks at store 2 to ask for Ralph but somehow they are just not getting it done. I try to be patient. Fifteen minutes go by like this and I can't take it anymore. I tell the folks at store 2 that if they are not going to ask for Ralph then I wanted to take the phone. Surely I thought that would get them to ask. Instead, they handed me the phone. I was a bit surprised but was happy to take over. I must admit I had this attitude like "let me show you how to cut to the quick." But I soon find out I am not going to show anybody anything! I was the one about to be "schooled." I immediately ask to speak with Ralph. The store 1 folks didn't even respond. They wanted to help in their own way. They asked me more about what I was seeking. I again ask to speak with Ralph. They simply were not listening. They tell me they can't find the part in the computer. I ask for Ralph--I wanted to say something like "read my lips." But they are not going to have me being the one dictating how my needs will be addressed. They call others over to help. I try to appeal to their logic explaining how finding Ralph would save all this manpower being applied to the problem. I plead to be transferred to Ralph. 30 minutes go by--no, I am not kidding!-- and no one will go look for Ralph. Everyone thinks they can come to the rescue, but all I want is to go back to the guy who found the exact part I needed in the computer. At about the 45 minute mark, some young kid at store 1 takes the phone and tells me he is having trouble finding the part. Like the others, I know he was just trying to help, but I came really close to losing it! I demand to speak with the department manager. Turns out the kid IS the department manager. Didn't see that one coming. Nevertheless, I didn't skip a beat and I then demand the STORE manager. Sorry, he's not here. Who is there running the store? That would be the acting store manager. I ask for that person. I get someone--sounding like she's in WAY too much of a hurry to help me. But I fought hard to get my request in: I want to speak with Ralph!!! Her response: Ralph was not working that night. I am stunned. And before I can think of what to do next, she routes me back to the department manager. If you are following this story, I am still in store 2 on the phone with store 1, 90 minutes have gone by and I am no further along than when I started. The amount of frustration is undescribeable. Before I can get my sense of direction back, employees from both stores decide to agree and conclude that no part like the one I was seeking has ever existed anywhere, as far as they knew, but especially not within Lowes. Period. And they had no explanation for Ralph, the mystery employee. I should have just cut my losses at that point, hung up, and walked away for good or just committed suicide. Either one would have been better than what did happen: me finding something to prolong my agony. In the process of getting off the phone I see a parts catalog at store 2. Just for grins I quickly turn to the pressure washer section. There, I see the EXACT part that I am looking for! What about this!?! >How come nobody came up with this? That is their special order parts and accessories. >Oh, so those are not technically a real Lowes item? No, they are Lowes items with a real Lowes SKU. >But these are not searchable in the computer? No, they should be. >Well, I guess it doesn't matter if they are never in stock. No, some stores may have some of these items as they can convert to regular stock items. >So is it possible some store in this area might have some? Maybe. But we can't tell because it is too late. Computers are down for maintenance. OMG, can you imagine how I felt? It is at times like these that you begin to understand how less stable people just go postal. More and more, this seems to be the norm rather than the exception at Lowes. Is this the way it always has been and I am just realizing it now? I have not had the greatest experiences at Home Depot but nothing to the depths of horrible service of Lowes. I think the new slogan for Lowes should be: Lowes. Always harder than it should be. Always. It must be catchy because I find myself remembering it now every time I am in Lowes.

You need to get an important job!

Maybe you should wait until 1 minute before they close to see if you can find the part you need, after all they probably worked all day just to help you with the part you need to finish that IMPORTANT project, the one that the world would end if you did'nt get it done quickly...

The problem here is the problem with pretty much every retail company, and its been growing this way for over 20 years.

All you care about is cheap, cheap, cheap, you proved it by making WalMart the largest company in the US despite their being pretty much evil.

So all these companies care about is Executive Compensation and "Shareholder value" and customer service, just like all their hourly employees, takes it in the shorts first.

You can complain about "poor service" or "***/rude" employees all you want, but we all know you'll be back, you always are.

Havn't you noticed that every store in America has 27 registers and 4 cahiers on duty? That the garden shop has gone from 13 employees 10 years ago to 3 today?

But go ahead and blame corporate greed and consumer apathy on "Labor", thats always solved things in the past hasn't it??

no??

In this particular case, its simply too bad that the customer didn't jot down the stock number before he left store #1.

To be fair MOST lowes employees don't know how to "toggle to non-stock" on Genesis.
