I ordered and paid for the installation of two storm doors and the French door kit on July 20th, with installation to take place on July 30th. Of course, no call, nothing, so I call on August 4th and was told that the doors arrived late (August 3rd), and that I should hear from the contractor to schedule installation within 48 hours at the beginning of the next week, since this was a Saturday.

Still, nothing so I call again on August 9th, this time I was told the doors arrived on August 2nd.

The CSR proceeded to "call" the contractor directly and I was told the contractor would be calling me to schedule installation. It is now August 14th and I still have not heard from the contractor.

This is the most ridiculous service I have ever experienced.
