I decided to purchase a new microwave from Lowe's because they offered free delivery and haul away. So all day today I have stayed home waiting for the call that they are on their way.

It is now 458 pm and still no show. I have called the manger on duty twice and both times he stated he would call me right back however he has failed to do so.

This will be my last transaction with Lowe's as I have a Home Depot within a mile of my home that offers excellent customer service. I would have carted the microwave to the trash myself if I had known I was going to be put through a day of customer NO service.

Monetary Loss: $200.

Don't they usually call first to set up delivery ?? Or am I reading their delivery policy wrong. Just wondering!
