wife ordered a door leading into garage from hallway.contractor from lower came out and said its in stock days later found out it wasn't ,4 times it came in damaged, then he comes and installs a door that swings the wrong way "ill be back in 2 days with right door" he doesn't show or call as my wife misses work waiting ,after she calls lowes finds out it came in damaged again[does'nt anyone check before shipping?]after going myself to the store and hearing,sorry it's not our fault it's damaged' i then get a call one is located and will arrive in 3 weeks minimum!meanwhile it's been14 weeks since purchase 'one more payment to go no mention of any discount or credit a door with half trim missing swinging the wrong wife will cut up her lower charge card or i will divorce herGO TO HOME DEPOT

I don't understand what you expect Lowe's to do. They didn't manufacture the door.

They didn't ship the door. They were just as surprised as you were when it came in damaged.

They're one of hundreds of Lowe's stores and thousand's of customers that are ordering from the door manufacturer and one of thousand's of companies using that particular shipping company. What exactly do you expect from Lowe's?
