I have had an ongoing problem with Lowes store #3051 since 06/28/2017. I have called the store and received no response nor acknowledgement of my messages.

I have sent email with read receipts. again no responses. I have called Lowes customer care and filed an incident report. no response to my filing of the report.

I have re-called the customer care 8 times and received the words. "I am so sorry for your inconvenience, I will have someone contact you" received no responses to my 8 calls.

I have called their claims department and left voice mail to claims representatives and claims supervisors and received no response. I will never shop at Lowes again.
