been a customer for years for biz and home, $10k plus spent. missing an essential part this freezer.

no calls back, no pickup when phone rings through to depts.

had to call corporate office. still not resolved!

What exactly is the "essential" part of the freezer you are missing? Was the freezer delivered or did you pick it up? If it was delivered and a part "essential" to its operation was missing, why did you accept it?
