The last attempt to speak to someone about my order and future order was so frustrating that I asked to speak to a manager and was refused access to him/her. I have to go to the store to get results.

I get put on hold, get disconnected, don’t get return calls. How do you stay in business? Wrong measurements. Charged me twice for delivery.

Wanted to order another shade and still waiting for quote. I have called at least 3 times a day to get through to someone.

Employees seem to have no pride in their jobs. This what happens when companies get too big and have monopoly.

Preferred solution: Just call me so I can finish this order and be done with this company forever.
