Ordered a back yard wicker set and was sent an email telling me it was to be delivered on Saturday 6/4/16 and then got a call the day before to confirm stayed home all day and did not receive order ,spent hours on phone with customer care then trucking company who blames the store and store blames delivery company then store has no idea what to do then customer care is also unable to help and we still have no idea where or when we will get our set.the customer service at lowes is the worst,they have no people skills.

This reviewer shared experience about poor customer service and wants this business to have the product delivered. Antnot is overall dissatisfied with Lowes. The most disappointing about delivery service at Lowes was indifference to complaint and customer service was the worst Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
