I ordered several items from Lowes online.Thirty minutes later I received an e-mail stating that my order was ready for pick up.

I went to the store to pick up. When I arrived they had no idea about the order. I then agreed to let them pull the order while I waited. Thirty minutes later I was told that several of the items on the order were not in stock.

They did not even bother to offer an apology or offer a substitute or a discount.Lowes has the worst online ordering system and the worst customer service ever.

Monetary Loss: $100.

Lowe's SUCKS Just got there weekly add.Sale on Patio sets, Call Lowe's, We don't stock either sets, let me find store that does.

Sorry no stores in your area has inventory, or stocks these sets.

Can you order, Sure we can. I can get table, can't get chairs.

We hardly ever and of the company's weekly add items in stock, they are to cheap and we can't make any money on them.

That was the sales persons comment.I will never go to another lowe's store.

Did you make sure you chose the correct pick up location? Did you call the store before you went to make sure the order was ready? As far as I am concerned the store did an excellent job trying to help with a sale they made no money on.
