I ordered several items from Lowes online.Thirty minutes later I received an e-mail stating that my order was ready for pick up.
I went to the store to pick up. When I arrived they had no idea about the order. I then agreed to let them pull the order while I waited. Thirty minutes later I was told that several of the items on the order were not in stock.
They did not even bother to offer an apology or offer a substitute or a discount.Lowes has the worst online ordering system and the worst customer service ever.
Monetary Loss: $100.
