Worst experience with Lowes
I had placed an order online, from Jersey City, NJ, Their online ordering sucks, The order went to the store in New York, The Initial delivery date available was 12/22/2015,
One day before they called me and said They dont have stock for washer, they re-scheduled it to 12/26/2015.
On 12/24/2015 they called and said they don't have stock for Dryer. It will take one week more to re-deliver it.
This is a multifamily home, I promised my tenant to provide new washer dryer, I had to break my promise multiple times , which looses my reputation,
When the order is placed and accepted, store has to make sure the delivery goes thru properly, otherwise what is the point in opening multiple channels and delaying the delivery.
I have placed orders with best buy and home depot, they are very prompt in deliver and customer service,. LOWES DELIVERY REALLY SUCKS.
I am not ordering any satilite or something which is not reachable. after all it is washer and dryer.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. kamausa stated that there is a room for improvement of worst delivery experience and delivery department not good. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss problem with delivery of samsung washer and dryer. Lowes needs to issue a partial refund according to poster's claims.
