I think u have messed up on my payment. U have already claimed 190.50 an now u have a hold on my account yet again for this same amount.
This is the third it fourth time, It's been paid an I have been sent an email per ur store associates an manager here in fort myers on south cleveland. I don't understand how u missed this memo but I don't owe u anything an now u have put another hold on my account one for 217.23 an yesterday for 190.50.. y'all messing up my bank account over an item I have the final bill of sale for. It's been confirmed and all I owed was 26.72.
So why is there now a negative balance of 230 and some change when I don't owe u anything. Y'all better get on the same page an release my my account. Store manager and associate both verified an I was listening to them both saying that the 190.50 has been paid an all I owe is 26.72.
an that what my card was charged only I paid the 190.50 on the day I bought freezer.. I'm about to take this dang thing back an go to home depot where I started to go in the first place
